The Story Behind IPIMS
IPIMS draws its soul from the journey of Dr. Attar Singh Rana, Chairman of IGERF. Witnessing the lack of quality healthcare and education in his early years fuelled a lifelong resolve to transform lives in Haryana and beyond.
Starting with a single school in 2003, he built the internationally acclaimed Indraprastha Group of Schools, shaping over 7,000 young minds. Expanding his vision, he played a pivotal role in establishing Venkateshwar Hospital (New Delhi) and the highly trusted Indraprastha Diagnostics.
But his heart always came home to Haryana. Channeling decades of experience and service, Dr. Rana created IPIMS as his gift back to the land that gave him everything.

Dr. Attar Singh Rana
A Chartered Civil Engineer and social entrepreneur, Dr. Rana transformed his vision of service into a legacy spanning world-class schools, advanced diagnostics, and healthcare institutions. Honoured with the Global Leader Award (ET Leadership Excellence Awards, 2023) and an Honorary Doctorate in Education & Social Welfare, his mission has always remained clear — make world-class healthcare and education accessible to all.
Dr. Neelima Rana
A radiologist by training and healthcare strategist by experience, Dr. Neelima Rana holds an MD in Radiodiagnosis and an Executive Programme in Healthcare Management from IIM Calcutta. Recognized among the Top 10 Best Women Leaders in Diagnostics (2023), she has been instrumental in operationalizing IPIMS into a modern 850-bedded healthcare institution.

Behind the vision of IPIMS stands a formidable leadership bench that includes a Director of Administration with over 47 years of experience, a Medical Director who is a NABH Principal Assessor, and highly experienced healthcare planners who have commissioned major medical colleges across India.
